Disclaimer: The nature and use of fitness equipment has the potential for damage and wear is inevitable; however if you feel the quality or longevity of Revision Fitness products does not meet your expectations please contact us and we can design an individualized solution for your satisfaction.

IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY

When you select in-store pickup at checkout, Revision Barbells will hold your purchased item(s) at our designated location for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase.

During this time, it is your responsibility to retrieve the item(s) during regular business hours. After the three-month hold period has expired, Revision Barbells reserves the right, without further notice to you, to return the unclaimed item(s) to active inventory.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, or other compensation will be issued for any order not picked up within the three-month window, unless otherwise required by law. It is your sole responsibility to arrange for pickup within the permitted timeframe. If you have questions or need to discuss special circumstances before the hold period ends, please contact us prior to the expiration date. By selecting in-store pickup, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
